With eleven physicians and seven mid-level providers in two locations within the beautiful Seacoast region of New Hampshire, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving digestive health outcomes.
Partnering with the Practice Administrator, the Business Manager, will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice.
Responsibilities:
? Oversee the billing, coding, patient registration, scheduling, and medical records teams.
? Provide practice reporting and analysis, including MIPS reporting.
? Lead day-to-day operations of facilities and vendor management, including IT.
? Foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues, utilizing strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
? Utilize analytical capabilities to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
? Stay up-to-date with billing systems and electronic medical records to ensure efficient operations.
? Bring strong employee relations or HR operations experience to support the practice's human resources functions.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a medical practice setting.
? Strong knowledge of billing systems and electronic medical records.
? Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
? Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
? Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with medical billing software.
? Strong employee relations or HR operations experience is preferred.
