Our families have experienced homelessness, generational poverty, domestic violence, incarceration, trafficking, and other unimaginable traumas.
Residents in our program benefit from case management, nurse advocacy, occupational therapy, trauma therapy, mental health and substance use counseling, and over 50 different life skills programs including parenting, budgeting, cooking, computer skills, work readiness and so much more! Our staff provides the support needed for families to transition from 'homelessness to wholeness.
' On the weekends, our residents go on family outings or participate in activities in-house.
Our staff follows the weekend plan set up by our Program Coordinator and drives our 12-passenger van to and from any outside activities.
The support staff will assist the staff person on duty with all assigned tasks, including helping with enforcing rules, driving, childcare, crisis management, etc.
Weekend Staff:
Hourly/Part-Time Availability:
Saturdays from 9am-4pm Assist the weekend house supervisor with all tasks.
Enforce that residents (adults and children) follow all house rules.
Ensure the safety of all residents.
Report any violations to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Experience working with adults and children.
Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Be able to pass background check.
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, ability to set good boundaries.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
